Marva, Fern and friends

Marva, Georgan, Fern and Harry?

The above photos are of Marva and Fern during their school years. They were always really good friends and later became sisters-in-law.  I don't know who the other girls are other than Georgan Hurst Burtenshaw. These three were "The Three Musketeers."

The Three Musketeers

L to R: Marva Jones, Fern Laws and Georgan Hurst.  "The Three Musketeers" is what they called themselves!  It fits!

L to R: Marva Jones and Harry Laws (not married yet), Georgan Hurst (Burtenshaw) and Fern Laws.

The Three Musketeers and a Stowaway

This photo is of "The Three Musketeers," namely Georgan Hurst (Burtenshaw), Fern Laws (Palmer) and Marva Jones (Laws). They were best friends and did everything together. I restored this photo which was very damaged. In the process I just couldn't figure out why Fern's left hand looked strange. I finally realized someone is standing behind her! I think it may be Lynn, Fern's husband.
